Cristi New Squat Max

Cristi hit a new squat max today, 370 pounds. First, I have a video of her old max, 365 pounds. Since she squatted 365, she has embarked on a program to get her legs much stronger. Cristi did more volume on her squats and plenty of back work, heavy bent rows being a staple of the program. Her lower back and erectors have gotten noticeably bigger and stronger. Note how much more upright she is in the second video with 370.

You are like a Shakespearean actor- no matter what is going on in your life, you block it out when it's time to train. You walk into the weight room and all else disappears. Worry about it later.
