Deadlifts From Today and One More Tip


I did 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x5 495x5 555x8. Then 3 sets of 12 with 245 on the bent over row.

One tip that I neglected in the previous deadlift article (thanks for reminding me, Brady) was to pick your big toes up when you set up. This puts you in a perfect position to sit back when going down to the bar.
