So awhile ago, I posted that I was writing a book of programs and then I got sidetracked and was thinking, forget it, but then I had some requests for it, so I took it up again. It is done, just being edited. And I apologize for the wait, that wasn't right. It should be, better be, done and up on the site by the end of next week.

What I decided to do was to give a bunch of programs for people to choose from: A 2 day, a 3 day, a 4 day, a 6 day with conditioning added, just a bunch of programs. None of them are shorter than a month, and I believe that they are mostly 6 weeks long.

 My goal here was to give you basically a year of programs to choose from. It won't be fancy, but  all of them are effective.

I have been coaching since 1989, so I definitely have some experience with programming. I threw out what didn't work over the years and settled on programs that will get you big and strong.

It will be sold for 10 bucks through Paypal at, and you can just print them out and get started.

What's a Lifer? Someone who isn't in to something for just a day, a month, a's for life. Whether its training or your family or your doesn't matter. You work at it, you build on it, you see the big picture . You don't miss workouts because it means something to you. You are like a Shakespearean actor- no matter what is going on in your life, you block it out when it's time to train. You walk into the weight room and all else disappears. Worry about it later.
