Simple Bench Press Tips

What do I do to get my bench stronger?

Bench more often
Get bigger and stronger all over, even your legs.
Drive with your feet
Tuck your elbows in
Bring the bar down faster
Get BIGGER and STRONGER all over
Dont let your spotter touch the bar and say, "ALL YOU!"
Use % training similar to Sheiko to modulate volume.
Bring the bar down to your highest point.
Keep shoulders down
Drive into the bench, don't reach for the sky
Hold your breath
Keep your ass down

Start with these. If you wanna get better with a BARBELL, use a barbell predominantly.
