A lot has been going on in the last couple of weeks. Cristi and I were in Charlotte, NC at CrossFit Davidson giving a seminar on the basic lifts. The owners Jane Elizabeth and Jason are super folks and the attendees were eager to learn. Really we didn't have to do much except fine tune a few things because Tim Riemer has done a great job working on their fundamentals. Afterwards we ate sushi and imbibed in a few Double Dogs to finish out the night.

James and I also visited my oldest son, Donald, while we were in North Carolina. My buddy Jimmy Anderson drove up from Spartanburg on his Harley and James couldn't wait to get a picture.
