I spoke to Louie Simmons on the phone yesterday regarding some low back issues. He's a great guy. He always returns calls and he is always honest. One thing about him...he is in it. He knows how to get guys better faster because he HAS to. You can't squat 1000 when you are injured. He has to get his guys back fast, so he knows the latest ,most effective methods to get them there. Just a great guy who always gives back.
