Hard Work

These are a series of videos of my assistant, Tracy Zimmer, performing a squat workout.  In the first video she does a set of 5 with 355.  Tracy is weighing 150 in these videos.  Then she took a 2 minute break and did a set of 275x10 pausing at the bottom, then I immediately stripped the weight and she did 225 for 10.  I love these videos because it just shows how hard of a worker Tracy is and how hard one needs to work in the gym to get bigger and stronger.


All About Being a Lifer

What's a Lifer? Someone who isn't in to something for just a day, a month, a year...it's for life. Whether its training or your family or your job...it doesn't matter. You work at it, you build on it, you see the big picture . You don't miss workouts because it means something to you. You are like a Shakespearean actor- no matter what is going on in your life, you block it out when it's time to train. You walk into the weight room and all else disappears. Worry about it later.
